A few things to know.
Hallgate is on the third level, counting the ground floor, in a block of flats. Please consider the stairs when choosing your stay and respect other residents.

Cancellation · fewer than 28 nights
Cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel less than 5 days before check-in, before your stay starts, for a 50% refund of the accommodation charge and a full refund of the cleaning fee.
Cancellation · 28 nights or longer
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. Otherwise, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. Your quote will confirm the applicable cancellation terms before payment.
Damage deposit
A £250 damage deposit is reserved on your card through a third-party deposit provider one day before check-in. The hold is released within 7 days after checkout. This is arranged separately from your accommodation payment. We will confirm the provider details and secure authorisation instructions before arrival.
